Bimetallic screw barrel

For its excellent anti-erosion/corrosion and anti-abrasion characters, the bimetallic screws and barrels are widely used in the extrusion lines.With HVOF high speed spraying equipment,spray a layer of metal which melt on the screw surface; a melt-cast method is adopted to get bimetallic barrel,which could conform its precise formation.The bimetallic barrel that means one layer is cast on the inner of the barrel with 2-3mm alloy of anti-abrasion, erosion proof and high-temperature. Contrast to common nitr ided barrel, its useful service life will be greatly improved. Bimetal lic has more obvious advantages. Applied to special engineering plastic such as kinds of glass fiber additives, fluoride plastic, PPO etc .    We can manufacture all types of screws and barrels according to clients' requirement.
