High quality Alloy Screw And Barrel/Bimetallic Twin Screw And Barrel   Bimetallic screw: Base material 38CrMoAlA, sprayed alloy powder on the screw flight, prolong life of screw. Bimetallic barrel: Base material 40Cr, casted a 2-5mm wear resistant and corrosion resistant bimetallic layer on the barrel inner wall, so it has much longer using life than nitrided barrel.   For its excellent anti-erosion and anti-abrasion characters, the bimetallic screws and barrels are widely used in the extrusion lines.With HVOF high speed spraying equipment,spray a layer of metal which melt on the screw surface; a melt-cast method is adopted to get bimetallic barrel,which could conform its precise formation.   We can manufacture all types of screws and barrels according to clients' requirement.
