Bimetallic 38crmoaia screw & barrel for plastic machine   For its excellent anti-erosion and anti abrasion characters, the bimetallic screws and barrels are widely used in the extrusion lines.With HVOF high speed spraying  equipment,spray a layer of metal which melt on the screw surface; a melt-cast method is adopted to get bimetallic barrel,which  could conform its precise formation.   We can manufacture all types of screws and barrels according to clients' requirement.
